For fourteen of those years, Stuart provided the eye care at the Spectacle Warehouse and is famliar to many people in the area. It is our aim to provide a quality service and spectacles to suit most budgets. We don't offer cheap eye examinations, free second pairs or free sunglasses, just quality and value. As a small, independent optician we know the importance of quality of service, and that cheap doesn't always mean good value for money.

For most sports, good vision is essential to improve performance.
Whether it be golf, snooker, tennis, football or shooting, improving the visibility of the target, pin or ball will improve the overall perfomance.
For some sports, like football or rugby, contact lenses will be preferable, but for many other sports the use of specific tints can greatly improve the visibility of the contours of the fairway or greens in golf, or the target in shooting, or the ball in tennis.
For water-based sports like sailing or surf-boarding, tints can be used to eliminate the glare from the water surface and protect the eyes from the harmful effects of reflected UV light.
