I can honestly say Carlton and Stanley are the best opticians I have ever visited
Pippa was brilliant with me and helped me pick a pair of glasses even after trying nearly every pair of glasses they had in the shop but finally found a pair that suited me
They were also brilliant with my son who is 5 and he can get quite overwhelmed but she was brilliant at helping him pick the colour for his new glasses which he can't wait to wear

My husband and I visited today for our annual eyesight tests. We discovered them approximately five years ago when I had an issue which needed urgent attention. We have never looked back!
We received the warmest of welcomes from the lovely dispensing optician, Pippa. Quite clearly she enjoys her job and she made us feel so at ease. She is obviously in the correct role for her sunny disposition to shine bright.
The optometrist, Musab, was very patient and kind and explained the procedures and results thoroughly. He put us totally at ease and we trust him implicitly.
We feel very fortunate to have this family-run business right on our doorstep and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to our family and friends.

First visited with my daughter who was 7 at the time.
The optician was amazing in how he interacted to captured what was needed for an accurate prescription.
From the test, we were professionally guided through the best size/shape/fit of glasses which would best suit my daughter.
My daughter loves her glasses. She feels really comfortable wearing them.
Never a day goes by that somebody (family/friends/checkout assistants) comments on how nice they are and how well they suit my daughter.
