At My Optician, we recommend you have an eye examination at least every two years, or more frequently if recommended by your Optician.
If you've never had an eye test before, rest assured that the process is very simple and thorough.
A comprehensive eye test takes approximately 25 minutes, and in that time your Optician will look closely at all aspects of your vision and eye health.
This involves full history taking and thorough examination of both internal and external structures of the eye, including eye muscles.

I took my 2 boys here today and we’re so impressed with the service we received. After a really bad experience at Specsavers for my eldest son 18 months ago he was very nervous going today but the staff were so kind to them both. Really thorough checks and explanations of their results. Both needed glasses and they were all ready in 45 minutes. Will definately be returning customers. Thank you!

Came in yesterday to have my glasses adjusted which wasn't originally from my optician. A young lady named Sarah fully adjusted them and got them sitting perfectly! Very polite and friendly with a lovely smile and professional with how she fitted them. 100% will be booking my eyetest with my optician when I'm due!!

I lost my glasses on campus. I let Sundeep know I was in the midst of writing my dissertation and needed an appointment asap. He replied very quickly letting me know that the rest of the week was booked but that he would be willing to come in early the next morning to see me. The whole staff was professional, welcoming and genuinely lovely. One of the girls pulled probably 30 frames, helping me to pick the right ones and my lenses were done in only 40 minutes. Cannot recommend highly enough!
