Our independent shop has been designed to show off our exclusive frames and to make it easy for you to select from.
No apologies here for raising a glass (pun intended) to the not so humble frame - we are extremely passionate about eyewear and even more about our amazing customers.
Many of our first brave customers have been using us since our first year, as well as recommending us to all of their families and friends, and for this we're truly thankful.

Well, simple: because they wanted to offer their clients something other than the mainstream glasses that were selling at the time.
So, in 1989, the first theo glasses became a fact.
They were groundbreaking.
With every following collection, it became increasingly easier to reach the consumer.
Today, more than 25 years later, theo is sold in 1,400 stores across 50 countries.
Originally theo only addressed the avant-garde.
Later however, the glasses began to appeal to a wider audience.
But theo always had a soft spot for the individualist.

Mykita was founded in Germany in 2004 by two product design students Philipp Haffmans and Harald Gottschling.
They were first based in a nursery (Kita in German) which inspired the brand name.
Their first models were created after they acquired old button manufacturing machines from flea markets and started bending sheets of metal into shape, they nick-named their workshop the "African Machine Park".
This process was the basis of their success as each frame is now handmade from sheets of surgical stainless steel that are bent into shape making them incredibly light weight but durable.
