We have conducted a full risk assessment and we have put into place processes and hygiene measures to ensure that we have a safe environment and a robust protocal to safeguard you and our staff. In the first instance we will only see patients who require emergency or essential eyecare and we will therefore give priority to those with the greatest need.

If you have noticed any changes in your vision, if you have a problem with your spectacles or contact lenses, or if you have concerns about your eye health then please contact us by phone, email or through our website. When you schedule an appointment we will ask you some routine questions regarding your health to ensure everyone's safety. For our contact lens wearers, supplies will continue as per normal.

If you have spectacles on order, we will advise you when they are ready, and discuss the best time for collection. During a visit to Crispe Opticians, in Eastcote/Pinner, you will be able to experience our full range of optometric services, including full eye examinations, the latest retinal examination technology, as well as a comprehensive contact lens examination and fitting service.
