Everything we do is done with the patients' best interest at heart and time is taken to ensure that the patient does not feel rushed or pressurised into purchasing something they do not feel comfortable with.

When entering the practice you will be greeting by one of our friendly, caring, professional Optical Assistants who will make sure that your time in the practice starts in a very relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

Once you have been 'checked-in', you will then be guided through a series of tests that lead up the full eye exam by one of our fully qualified Optometrists - Richard Nicholson or Lucy Peart.
Contact lenses and spectacle options can be discussed with Mike, who is a fully qualified Contact Lens Optician & Dispensing Optician.
