Geoffrey Peacock is our principal optometrist, having joined the practice in 1986. He originally worked with Mr Brown and carried on the development of his career with the practice. The practice has always encouraged its staff to develop their skills, and consequently Mr Peacock passed a number of certificated courses in different aspects of eye care.
Mr Peacock is particularly enthusiastic about the developments in eye examination instrumentation, so that eye examinations can be much more thorough and in depth than in the past. Darrel Goddard also joined the practice in 1986, training and qualifying as a professionally qualified dispensing optician in 1990. You can be sure that any spectacles purchased from our practice will be appropriate and fit for purpose and will fit comfortably and securely under Mr Goddard's supervision.
He is responsible for the continuing updated spectacle lenses and frames that the practice holds and is your point of contact if you have any particular lens or frame requirements.
