Was made to feel at ease from the beginning of the exam and felt like I was paid attention to throughout the full appointment- wasn't made to feel rushed. I visited Urquharts in Ayr last week to get my 5 year old his first pair of glasses. I was impressed at the huge choice of kids glasses they had and Caroline was great at helping us select the right ones for him.
The glasses came in in just a few days and they fitted them that day. Great service, we'll definitely be back! Absolutely 1st class service & handling, from initial enquiry right through to getting my new glasses in 7 days.
